Idocracy Article Response

I am very interested in the movie considering it opens our eyes to how stupid Americans really are in today’s society. Even though we are one of the most powerful and richest countries in the world, we aren’t even remotely close to the smartest. I agree with the premise of the movie because I do believe that the advancement of technology has made us lazy, and as a result of a negative feedback, we have become dumber. Americans are getting dumber and dumber. Just look at our leader for the last seven years, Bush has an IQ three points higher than dirt, and yet he is running our country.
