Increase learning in schools

Americans in today society are greedy, everybody is about capital gain. If you want students to try harder to learn the subject, reward them. Competition over G.P.A doesn't always work, because students that know they are going to the army or miami dade after high school won't care that much about their G.P.A's. But if you make it a competition and put up standings for the highest grades, and then reward them with pizza, trophy's, or homework passes, maybe students will want to prove other students wrong. It might make teacher's pockets a little bit lighter, but at least they will do their jobs better.
